8 clementines (tangerines) medium size.
4 ounces of dark chocolate chopped finely.
Pinch of sea salt (optional).
Peel the clementines.
Melt the dark chocolate and then dip half of the clementine's segments in it.
Sprinkle some of the sea salt immediately before the chocolate cools down.
Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. Serve them as a snack for both adults and kids.
