  • 8 clementines (tangerines) medium size.
  • 4 ounces of dark chocolate chopped finely.
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional).

  • Directions:
  • Peel the clementines.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and then dip half of the clementine's segments in it.
  • Sprinkle some of the sea salt immediately before the chocolate cools down.
  • Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. Serve them as a snack for both adults and kids.
