I, like many others, I consider that the original Digestive biscuits are the perfect choice for a healthy low-fat diet as it is made from whole wheat. Sadly, I have realized that it is not the best option, since I've been doing some research on the components. I think it deserves 3 out of 5 stars in terms of how healthy it is, and the reason for that will be addressed throughout this article.

We must note that what applies to the original Digestive biscuits, also applies to other types of Digestive, but with some subtle differences.
- Digestive chocolate contains a larger proportion of saturated fat.
- Digestive light, although low in fat compared to other Digestive products, the sugar content in it is bigger than the original Digestive.
- All kinds of Digestive products contains sodium ratio of 44% percent for each biscuit.
